Great location, easy to sleep. Lacked more amenities since it felt empty.

A fine room with a view

Waking up to the fine architecture outside was good! The staff were genuinely nice, and my bed felt tailored just for me.

The customer service at the front desk missed the mark when I needed help with an extension. I felt overlooked, which dampened my experience a bit.

It had very central location close to Historic Center. The pool was lovely and I had delicious drinks in the rooftop bar.

Location: the hotel was very close to all the central attractions such as the cathedral and national palace, the pyramids of the sun, and the historical and vibrant center.

Great rooftop pool and comfy beds

The location was perfect for exploring major attractions, and the beds were comfortable. The staff's lack of engagement was disappointing, and I wished the service was more attentive.

the a/c was kinda weak, but the rooftop pool is a cool spot to chill and the staff hooked us up with best local food spots. also loved the art deco vibe in the lobby.

Exceptionally clean hotel with especially helpful and extremely helpful employees at the reception desk. Top central location, near the Zocalo plaza and the Alameda Central park, the city center and all the central attractions such as the cathedral and national palace. Clean pool, parking nearby. Late check-out.

Beds were a bit hard.

Excellent location in a historic building, super clean room with a comfy bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom stocked with body soap, shampoo, and towels. The spa facilities include a fitness center and an outdoor swimming pool. Staff were friendly, quick to provide extra amenities like coffee pods, and the housekeeping was on point.

Would recommend for a quick layover

Wonderful hotel, beautiful amenities, with a rooftop terrace and pool, made our evenings relaxing after exploring the nearby Zocalo and Reforma, all facilitated by the convenient location just 10 km from the airport.

I had an very nice stay! The rooftop pool was stunning, and I loved the delicious breakfast, especially the coffee. The art exhibit was a unique touch.

I enjoyed my stay with warm. The King Room seemed like a snug sanctuary, but I recommend bringing your own coffee, as there were no supplies provided. Explore the nearby eateries for local favorites!
